What’s the $85 trip fee?
If you supply the part yourself, or we can’t get access to the work area, an $85 trip/wrong-part/blocked-access fee applies — we’ll tell you upfront whenever that’s a real possibility.
Do you charge more for emergencies or after-hours calls?
Yes. After-hours or weekend visits add 25%, same-day service adds 40%, and true emergencies add 65% — the surcharge applies to the higher end of the range you’re quoted, disclosed before the visit, never added afterward.
